I can't believe that it has been so long since I posted here, I have no idea where the time has gone but life happens doesn't it.
I decided that I would do three window paintings again for Easter and then end this season. To borrow a verse, There is a time to paint windows and a time to refrain from painting windows.
So the first one was simple and done to remind people it was Palm Sunday.
The second for Good Friday again was a reminder of why we call it GOOD.
The third for Easter day has three figures and three questions.
The first figure on the left could be seen as someone shrugging their shoulders saying 'so what', or holding up hands saying 'I don't get it, why?'. I wonder which one you are ( of course it could be hands held up in praise because Jesus is alive.
The figure in the middle is bowed in worship, gratitude and thankfulness that sin, death and hell have been defeated and there is assurance of eternal life with Him. I am praying that many will choose to bow the knee and confess while they area live, afterwards it will be too late. The question is have you bowed the knee to Jesus and confessed Him as Lord?
The figure on the right is someone who has chosen to follow Jesus and like the women who discovered Jesus had risen went and told the disciples the good news. If you are a follower of Jesus are you eager to tell others the same Good news? That is what I endeavour to do and have done this past lockdown year with my windows.
It maybe that you have questions yourself, I am really happy to help you find some answers and if I can't I know others who can.
I will try not to leave it too long until I post again here on my blog.
